Performance Boost tips:

1). the kernel in the rom is the boot.img from cute_prince with fixed BT but no wifi flash the kernel provided by Sakindia from CM10 thread to fix this+ performance boost
2). If you want more stable kernel flash Garuda Kernel V5 from here
3). dont use tweaks like pimp my rom because it pimp tweaks are already included
4. If your using 3.0 kernel, reboot to recovery then transfer files there

Mobile Data

1.set up the exact apn settings for the mobile data to be worked for your network provider
2.save the apn after editing the required settings for your provider..
3.make that apn as default..
4.select "Mobile data enabled
5.check whether the data "2G/3G/H" appearin on the status bar..
6. select airplane mode on
7.select airplane mode off

now, hopefully, ur mobile data would be on
