Instruction for CM Rom:
-Download bootanimation.zip
-Use ROOT Explorer..
-Mount as r/w
-copy & replace to \system\media\
-reboot & enjoy..

Instruction for HTC Rom:
-Download hTC_bootanimation.zip
-Use ROOT Explorer..
-Mount as r/w
-copy & replace to \system\customize\resource\
-reboot & enjoy..
