- Bootanimation does not load (i did not try changing the bootanimation.zip in system/media so give it a shot)

- Backlight does not turn off while in lock mode (check workaround)

Workaround/Tips :
Disable keylight
Navigate to Settings > Display and bring the ligh dots on the bottom to 0 (all grey)
Recent apps
Like normal ICS, you can't access recent apps menu from holding home key, but menu key instead
